Fairgrounds Storage and Rental Rates

5.5% Wisconsin Sales tax applies for each rental.

BUILDING RENTALS (available per day):   (Effective August 20, 2008)

            Deposit required upon signing rental agreement 50% or Total

            (Non-refundable deposit applied to rental fee – contract must be signed and returned within 30 days)

 

            Damage and clean up deposit                                        $300.00 (separate check)

            DUE before functions on all of the above buildings,

            Totally refundable if no damage, no dumpster fee and clean-up meets approval. 

            $50 charge for setup or clean up of tables / chairs.  $50 per hour charge for clean up.

 

            Tables - $10.00 each   Chairs - $4.00 each      - Beer Stand Fence $10 per 12’ x6’ section

            Trash Disposal - full Dumpster  $ 100.00          - Orange fence $5 per 7’ x  44” section

            Small Stage $50 ,  Large Stage $100                - Manure Disposal based on quantity of animals

STORAGE  RENTALS (per season):  (Effective as of 2008 - 2009 season)   plus 5.5% tax

          Commercial Building (cement & locked)                                   $10.00 per running foot           

            Badger Building (cement & locked)                                           $10.00 per running foot           

            Progress Hall (dirt floor & locked)                                            $9.00 per running foot 

            John Litscher Pavilion (cement floor - no lock)              $8.00 per running foot 

            Barns (dirt floor - no lock)                                                        $6.00 per running foot 

            RBP (dirt floor - no lock)                                                          $6.00 per running foot 

            Open / outside on grass                                                            $4.00 per running foot

           

All items are measured from back or prop to trailer hitch ball. Canoes and Kayaks $40 per season.

 

CAMPING FEES:  (Effective September 1, 2008)

          Camping with water and electric hookup, $30.00 per night ,  Tent camping        $20.00 per night

 

FAIR VENDOR RATES:  (Effective September 1, 2008)  Lower rate for payment by May 1st I.

Inside Commercial Building  10 X 10 booth      (includes electric, 1 table, 2 chairs)       $175.00 / $250.00

Large equipment $10.00 / $15.00   Food sales -  $35.00  Sorry we can not allow any new food vendors.
